In January 2009 we concluded a $3,800,000 settlement on behalf of our client, who was severely injured when he was struck and run over by a pickup truck.  The settlement was reached days before trial was to have started in Philadelphia.  It was a complex case with many experts including: engineer, surgeon, plastic surgeon, neuropsychologist, neurologist, psychiatrist, vocational expert and economic expert.  The case was ongoing for over two years.
